SummaryAs a Senior Automation Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the automation solution for the area /node.
You will manage the projects scope, schedule, and cost plans, while working collaboratively.
ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and be accountable for meeting approved scope, schedule, and cost plansEnsure project is delivered in a manner compliant with project planning documents,procedures and guidelines defined by central automation offices for Lebanon Plant 1 programPlan, monitor and control project activities for the areaMonitor and manage automation scope for the areaCommunicate with GFD PM for the area and report progress against planCommunicate automation staffing requests needed to meet project timelines to the Program Automation LeaderLead and Manage Automation resources for successful project executionInterface with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure the project meets business needsCollaborate with MES, BMS and Data Historian project managers who will take responsibility for the delivery of the MES, BMS and Data Historian in that node.
Lead preparation of requests for proposal and bid analysis for the areaLead initiation of system integration work for the areaProvide necessary progress data to Automation Program Management Office (APMO) to allow preparation of monthly reports to stakeholdersDocument and share lessons learned with APMOSupport preparation of cost estimates for project gate reviewsSupport schedule development, integration, and analysis for the areaRecord issues into centralized issue tracking systemCoordinate execution of project automation integrated change control for the areaParticipate in Identifying and analyzing risks and planning responsesSupport organization and delivery of training modules and eventsMaintain compliance with training requirementsRequirementsMinimum of 8
