Manager Human Resources €“ Human Resources (Catholic Health):
The Manager, Human Resources for Sisters of Charity, St. Joseph Campus is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all human resources process and initiatives for the Sisters of Charity, St. Joseph Campus in coordination with site administration, SOCH Human Resources and Corporate HR. Provides supervision to the St. Joseph Campus Human Resource staff related to associate relations, recruitment, benefits, labor relations, and daily operations. Participates as a collaborative member of the site administrative team as required to meet the operational needs of the Sisters of Charity, Hospital St. Joseph Campus. Position is required to support all HR functions for the Sisters of Charity, Main Street campus as requested by the Senior Director, Human Resources - SOCH.

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM):
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or Health Care Administration required
SPHR certification strongly preferred.
Required Work Experience A minimum of five (5) - ten (10) years of progressive HR related work experience; with a minimum of three (3) years experience of direct report management work experience; preferably within a health care work environment.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Solid strategic planning, analytical, and organization skills
Excellent knowledge of human resource management, employment and labor law.
Strong facilitation and mediation skills.
Ability to develop and work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
Good strategic planning, analytical, and organization skills
Excellent PC skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access software applications.
Strong Knowledge of HR Information Systems; preferably AS400.
Solid knowledge of job requisition software applications; preferably Position Manager.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
