We're currently hiring for the position of Signature Care Consultant RN/Regional Nurse Consultant to support two of our skilled nursing and rehab facilities in Indiana. This position requires previous Director of Nursing (DON) + multi-facility Regional LTC experience and travel throughout our Indiana area facilities.

Minimum of three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Experienced in physical and functional adult patient assessment.
Possess working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care coverage, referral, and reimbursement methods.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
Ability to deal with new tasks without the benefit of written procedures.
Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
Extensive travel required.
Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
Physical and Sensory Requirements:
Moderate physical activity:
o Requires handling of average-weight objects up to twenty five (25) pounds.
o Sitting for more than two (2) hours at a time.
o Requires consistent computer work with repetitive typing and concentrating on computer screen.
o Travel, including flying and/or driving, for more than one (1) hour at a time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
