Buyer €“ Corporate Materials Management (CH):
To purchase assigned commodities and services at the appropriate quantity, price, quality and delivery, and to assure that all purchases are made in compliance with the applicable Policies and Procedures and health care requirements.
REPORTS TO: Director, Purchasing

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM):
Educational Requirements
Associates degree required, Purchasing/Materials Management field preferred
Bachelors Degree in Business or Purchasing/Materials Management field preferred
Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certification preferred
Experience Requirements
Purchasing/Materials Management experience preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Ability
Good analytical skills
Materials Management software system knowledge preferred
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving capability
Strong project management and customer service skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
